Abstract
O tema da responsabilidade social das organizações tem vindo a assumir crescente destaque no meio empresarial. Organizações socialmente responsáveis trabalham os seus objetivos de negócio em harmonia com valores éticos, respeito por diferentes stakeholders, proteção do meio ambiente, e bem-estar geral da sociedade (Carroll & Shabana, 2010; Gond et al., 2017). Esta forma de atuação é, sem dúvida, necessária para maximizar a criação de valor para todos os stakeholders (Comissão Europeia, 2011) e alcançar os objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentável (UN, 2015).
