Abstract
O direito das sociedades comerciais constitui certamente um dos sectores do ordenamento jurídico que mais é ensinado a não juristas. Os planos de estudo das licenciaturas em economia, gestão, finanças e contabilidade, entre outras, para além de muitas vezes incluírem uma cadeira de noções fundamentais de Direito, integram amiúde, de forma autónoma ou acoplada às referidas noções, o ensino do direito das sociedades comerciais.
