• Distinguir os diferentes tipos de conflitos e os seus efeitos.
• Identificar as contingências da utilização das estratégias de gestão de conflitos.
• Conhecer a negociação enquanto forma de resolução de conflitos e de distribuição de recursos.
• Reconhecer e analisar as particularidades da negociação entre equipas e online.
• Discutir a natureza e os formatos das negociações internas no quotidiano das
organizações.
