Abstract
O controlo de gestão constitui uma das funções essenciais na preparação e gestão da informação. Articulando a estratégia empresarial com a gestão operacional, procura-se dotar os decisores de ferramentas que lhes permitam monitorizar o desempenho de forma integrada. Esta obra, de base multidimensional, proporciona os conhecimentos que permitam aos gestores desenvolver capacidades de conceção, implementação e gestão de sistemas de Controlo de Gestão. Identifica e caracteriza os instrumentos fundamentais, permitindo aos estudantes e profissionais a produção de informação útil e tempestiva.
