Abstract
To promote the use of innovative data analytics techniques within local tourism stakeholders (SMEs and municipalities). The WP2 aims to create various Web-based application modules of data analyses that empower entrepreneurs and municipalities to improve their performance by means of tracking their current indicators, fostering best practices, and exchanging processes and solutions.
This months from the initial of the project until October 2022 have been dedicated to the design of the data visualization platform. In this regards the team has already analysed and evaluated the set of open-source software tools that will support the development of the platform (see more information below in 3.1). The team has also in the process of conducting the literature review, using a systematic and bibliometric approach. This step is important to start to develop the tools, namely: satisfaction index, quality index or self-diagnostic on sustainability.
