Abstract
Em entrevista, Edgar Barroso, investigador da associação moçambicana Bloco 4 Foundation, e que se tem vindo a dedicar à pesquisa sobre processos políticos e de governação no país, falou sobre as eleições autárquicas que irão decorrer em outubro próximo, orientadas por um novo modelo legislativo sobre a descentralização do poder, a "desfragmentação" da terceira força política moçambicana, o MDM, e o reforço da Renamo como partido de oposição à Frelimo, partido este que lidera o destino do país desde a independência em 1975.
