Sobre la base de que en Portugal existen diversos tipos de trabajadores autónomos o independientes, este trabajo analiza su protección social derivada de accidentes de trabajo y desempleo, así como su protección de seguridad social derivada de riesgos comunes, tanto desde un punto de vista sustantivo como de un punto de vista jurisdiccional.

On the basis that in Portugal there are several types of autonomous or independent workers, this paper analyses their social protection arising out of accidents at work and unemployment, as well as their protection deriving from common risks, not only from a substantive point of view, but also from a jurisdictional point of view
