Abstract
This report is the second output related to the framework developed within the Health Care Clown Pathways (HCCP) Erasmus+ project to support the design and implementation of a formal training for Healthcare Clowns at the European level. It defines the professional profile, outlines the learning outcomes in terms of knowledge, skills, and competences, and structures the training into five units covering artistic, psychological, ethical, and practical dimensions, including internship experience. The framework is aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) to support transferability and recognition of this professional qualification across Europe. The report was written in English and was adapted and translated into Portuguese, French, Italian, Latvian, and Norwegian.
