Abstract
Este artigo visa apresentar as principais conclusões resultantes da consulta e análise de 313 processos especiais para acordo de pagamento findos levada a cabo no âmbito do projeto de investigação IN_SOLVENS. Entre outros aspetos, o objetivo passa por perceber qual é o tipo de atuação do juiz durante o processo, qual é a duração média de vários momentos (como a apreciação das impugnações ou as negociações) e quais são os desfechos mais comuns do PEAP.
