Abstract
"Eu tenho um sonho", disse Martin Luther King (1929-1968), a 28 de agosto de 1963, nos degraus do Lincoln Memorial, na histórica Marcha de Washington, que reuniu mais de 200 mil pessoas na cidade norte-americana. Foi desta forma que o pastor protestante e ativista político norte-americano exerceu o seu direito à liberdade de expressão, apelando à igualdade entre todos. O seu discurso tornou-se o símbolo do movimento dos direitos civis norte-americanos, estendendo-se a todo o mundo.
