Abstract
O papel da Arquitectura na mudança ambiental impõe um maior entendimento do comportamento metabólico da cidade de Hoje.
Contributos do Projeto MEMO, já concluído, e do Projeto SPLACH, em curso, permitem-nos uma reflexão da cidade de Lisboa e do seu Território, desde uma perspectiva metabólica. Nomeadamente, no que concerne à interligação entre as formas urbanas de ocupação do espaço e os usos destes pela sociedade actual, bem como a interligação entre os recursos naturais (água e agricultura).
