Abstract
Given the severity of today’s environmental issues, organizations are seeking for ways to reduce their ecological footprint. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Digital Transformation are some of the key strategies organizations can implement to improve their workplace performance, gain a competitive advantage, and increase environmental awareness. This study is a Systematic Literature Review that explores how these strategies can impact organizations and how they can lead them into having a better performance in this digital era. The results of this study can be used by managers to identify which areas they can improve in their companies and how they can get the best results by implementing GHRM practices and Green Innovation.
