PhD in Human Resources Management from ISCTE-IUL, Lisbon University Institute. Her research interests focus on well-being, daily micro-events, digitalisation, telework and hybrid work settings, mindfulness, and the intersection of companion animals with professional life. She has more than 100 papers published in indexed international journals such as Personality and Individual Differences, Journal of Happiness Studies, Social Indicators Research, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and Business Research Quarterly, among others.
