Between 1979 and 2002 I was lecturer in the areas of Organizational & Social Psychology and Education at the Institute of Lisbon Social Services and Catholic University of Lisbon. At the same time I have been working as a consultant and trainer in Marketing and Human Resources since 1988, I have been focused especially in the areas of negotiation and organizational decision making. I joined ISCTE-IUL in 2003, where I teach several courses both at undergraduate and master's levels. In ISCTE- IUL from among other positions, I was the scientific coordinator of Soft Skills Laboratory of ISCTE (2009-2011). My research interests lie in the fields of organizational decision making and negotiation, training and skills development processes, and more recently in the study of ethical decision making in organizations.
