Elizabeth is an experienced analytics team leader with proven results in Media, Retail, and Hospitality sectors coupled with an academic background that covers mathematics, statistics, data mining, and management. She holds a PhD in Information Science and Technology.
In 2017, Elizabeth was challenged to create the analytics department, at the media company Público, in a complex digital transformation to move from paper to digital. That was possible by combining communication strategies and strong relationships with stakeholders to build a more data-driven culture. Now, she manages the reporting and analytics team to drive value aligned with business objectives.
Elizabeth is used to work with senior executives from across all departments in the companies to define key metrics and to implement a more data-driven culture.
Her research interests include statistics, and she possesses skills and expertise in data mining and knowledge discovery.
