Henrique O'Neill is Associated Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal. He received his M.Sc. degree from IST/UL in Lisbon and the Ph.D. degree from the Cranfield University, United Kingdom. His research interests are broadly focused on the adoption of information systems and communication technologies to foster business performance, including business, operations and IS/IT strategy, modeling methods and approaches, organizational analysis and processes design, implementation and acceptance, and the quality of information systems in industry sectors like healthcare, banking and finance, the public administration and manufacturing.
