Paula André holds a PhD in Architecture from Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Master's in Art History from FCSH-UNL. Professor at the Department of Architecture and Urbanism at Iscte -Instituto Universitário de Lisboa; director of Doctoral Program in Architecture of Contemporary Metropolitan Territories; director of the Master in Architecture and Visual Culture in Lisbon; profesor in the Integrated Master in Architecture, in the PhD in Architecture of Contemporary Metropolitan Territories, and in the Master in Cultural Studies and Management. Member of the Scientific Committee of the Center for Studies on Socio-Economic Change and Territory - DINÂMIA'CET-IUL, and integrated researcher having coordinated the Thematic Line “Images of Material Achievements” of the FCT Project “Print Photography.
