Ricardo Filipe Ramos holds a Ph.D. in Management, specialization in Marketing (ISCTE-IUL), an MSc in Sports Management (FMH-UTL), and a degree in Sports (IPS-ESE).
He is a member of Information Systems Group of ISTAR-IUL and CICEE – UAL research units. His research interests include Internet consumer/user behavior, e-commerce and Digital Marketing.
He is an Assistant Professor at Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra.
