Susana Schmitz is a PhD candidate at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, with a Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology by the University of Coimbra and the University of Valencia (double-degree) being granted a 2-year full scholarship by the European Commission. She currently holds an FCT PhD studentship and has been a Research Fellow at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics for four years. She has authored/co-authored 2 articles in journals, collaborated in the organization of 2 scientific events, presented her research in 8 national and international scientific events, and been an invited lecturer at the University of Coimbra, ISCTE, and Católica-Lisbon. She is a former deputy coordinator of the Psychange research group of CIS-IUL- ISCTE.
