PhD in Psychology from ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, with experience in scientific research, higher education teaching, and the coordination of academic and institutional projects. Her research focuses on psychosocial determinants of health and well-being, including social relationships, emotion regulation, health attitudes and behaviours, digital health, and organisational contexts of healthcare provision. Since 2020, she has coordinated and participated in competitively funded research projects supported by national and international agencies (FCT, “la Caixa” Foundation and the European Union), developed in interdisciplinary settings with a strong focus on applied research and social impact. She has extensive teaching experience in areas such as Social Psychology, Health Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Emotions, and Research Methods.
