Abstract
A reforma trabalhista ocorrida em 2017 alterou mais de 100 dispositivos da
Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT). Esta reforma constituiu parte de um conjunto
de medidas que convergem para o propósito de flexibilização das relações de trabalho,
alargando os poderes do empregador de negociar os seus parâmetros, e privilegiando a
supremacia do negociado sob o legislado. Além disto, diminuiu a capacidade de
representação dos trabalhadores pelos sindicatos, reduziu o acesso à justiça e aumentou o
trabalho informal (ALLAN, 2019).
