Abstract
Este livro pretende ser uma compilação de um conjunto de contributos teóricos e de pesquisa realizados em Portugal, nos últimos anos, mas também tem pretensões de atuar na qualidade de um compêndio de apoio para o ensino e a investigação relacionada com a literacia mediática. Ele conta com as contribuições de diversos autores, está organizado e segue uma estrutura segundo as várias esferas e instituições nas quais a distribuição social da literacia é relevante.
