Abstract
A Comissão Setorial para as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicações (CS/03) foi constituída em 1993 com os objetivos gerais de analisar, promover e dinamizar as várias componentes que afetam a Qualidade, a nível de produtos e serviços e pela preparação de recomendações para a sua melhoria no setor das Tecnologias de
Informação e Comunicações (TIC).
A poucos meses de entrar nos seus 30 anos de existência, iremos descrever em seguida o que consideramos ser a sua verdadeira história de sucesso.
