Abstract
A "demissão silenciosa", também conhecida como "quiet quitting"
ou “desistência silenciosa”, é uma tendência no atual contexto
da dinâmica da força de trabalho a nível mundial, em que os
trabalhadores deixam de se empenhar no trabalho e realizam
somente o mínimo exigido, sem efetuar esforços adicionais.
Embora o termo insinue uma “desistência”, não se trata necessariamente
de abandonar o emprego, mas sim de um afastamento
gradual, e não anunciado, das responsabilidades laborais
(Hamouche et al., 2023).
