Abstract
There is no need to argue to what extent the relationship between food, city and architecture constitutes an omnipresent and of the utmost importance theme throughout human history, up to our contemporary era. These three terms have been intertwined since the Neolithic period, indissolubly inking agriculture and livestock, sedentism and city construction. From that original moment, the ramifications of this close continuity between nourishment, urban space and buildings have multiplied, forming the subject of numerous specialized research territories.
