Abstract
Os cursos de Direito têm hoje uma forte presença de alunas. E as professoras? Com base em dois estudos de caso, discutem-se as condições e os impactos da docência no feminino. O argumento principal é que a entrada de professoras de Direito nas universidades fez-se, desde o início, num processo de apoio e entreajuda entre colegas dentro e fora da academia, beneficiando das lutas dos movimentos feministas, das cumplicidades com aliados homens e de janelas de oportunidade políticas. Atualmente, a universidade neoliberal dificulta o trabalho em equipa, promove a competição a vários níveis e isola os/as profissionais. Em simultâneo, desvaloriza disciplinas e áreas de investigação sem uma tradução imediata em indicadores de empregabilidade e de sustentabilidade financeira.
