Abstract
This
paper
presents
a
contribution
for
the
interoperability
between
on-line
virtual
reality
(VR)
and
augmented
reality
(AR),
via
3D
object
exchange.
We
describe
architectures
and
techniques
use
in
three
experiments,
to
allow
the
visualization,
interaction
and
two-way
exchange
of
objects
between
an
on-line
VR
world
and
an
AR
environment.
Our
aim
was
to
present
a
proof
of
concept
for
the
interoperability
of
future
social
media
applications
