Digital Materials or Audiovisual Resources FIGHTING FRAILTY: Turning Life Around The video produced within the scope of the European FOCUS project, implemented in Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, England, Italy and Poland. The FOCUS Project addressed frailty, with a view to the development of protocols for the screening and treatment of this condition, operationalization of performance indicators for organizations dealing with frail patients, creation of online platforms to help patients and caregivers, and organization of awareness raising actions among various stakeholders. 2018
