João Miguel O. Cotrim is a highly accomplished researcher with a Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior. He brings a wealth of experience in impactful entrepreneurship, innovation and ecosystem development. João has a proven track record of leading research projects and publishing findings in reputable academic journals. Being an Academic Member of the "European Academy of Management" (EURAM), he is currently an Associate Professor ("Profesor Adscrito") and a full member of the Research Group "Impactful Entrepreneurship and Innovation" & "Foreign Visitant Professor" of Management & Leadership at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he contributes to the understanding of determinants that facilitate entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems. João holds significant roles as (i) a Co-Coordinator of "Challenge-based Learning" (RETO) of the Concentration Course "Conscious Businesses", (ii) a Member of the Evaluation Panel of the "Deloitte Best Mexican Companies" block (of which, as an Institution, Tecnologico de Monterrey is part), (iii) a Course Coordinator, overseeing the "Business Leadership"/"Business Management"/"Business Intelligence" course. He excels in developing comprehensive syllabi, coordinating faculty members, and ensuring a cohesive learning experience. Additionally, João is a Professor of Continuing and Executive Education/Business Programs, specializing in Conscious Leadership.
