Shaozhuang Ma is associate Professor in the Business School, ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon Portugal. He holds a MBA from University of Leicester, UK, and a PhD from ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Queensland Australia. His teaching and research interests are "people & organization", and strategy. He has published in International Journal of Human Resource Management, The Chinese Economy, Journal of Health Organization and Management, Journal of Teaching in International Business, European Journal of Higher Education and Population & Economics, among others. He was the Deputy Dean of Business School, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Guangzhou China before joining ISCTE. He was the executive director of the Lingnan MBA Program,
