Joana Martinho Costa has been the Dean of the School of Applied Digital Technologies of Iscte (Iscte-Sintra) since July 2025. She is an Associate Professor and a researcher in the field of digital technologies in education. She is the Principal Investigator of the project BRIDGE – Breaking Inequalities in Digital Education.
